1) .Vibrating scree makes the granular and screen surface to do vertical movement which can be high screening efficiency and large production capacity.But for materials ,the productivity and screening efficiency of sieving machine depends on mesh size.the wider sieve width ,the large capacity,the longer sieve length ,the high screening efficiency,the bigger mesh size has enhance large capacity and high screening efficiency.
 
2) The physical properties of the screened material :When the fine particle of the material content is large, the productivity of the sieving machine is also large. When the humidity materials is large, the screening efficiency will generally decrease. However, the bigger the sieve size, the smaller the influence of moisture, the higher the screening efficiency.
