Most of the material particles that need to be screened in the vibrating screen are irregular, so the reasons for blockage are varied. When the material size is fine, the mud content is more, and the sieve size is small, the water plays a decisive role in the screen blocking. When the moisture in the material is greater than 5%, if the material is unconditionally dried, the screen surface and mesh should be selected. When the moisture is greater than 8%, wet screening should be used. For materials with more flaky particles, it is necessary to change the material crushing mode and the particle size collocation of different crushing modes. Reasonable adjustment of the tensioning force is an effective way to reduce the screen mesh hole blocking, reasonable tensioning force makes the screen screen with the support beam to produce a slight secondary vibration, so as to effectively reduce the phenomenon of hole blocking, the specific approach is to make the tensioning hook into a constant force tensioning mechanism, that is, on the tensioning bolt with a spring.
