Why is the swinging screen temperature is too high ？

According to the analysis and research,the main reasons for the excessive temperature of teh swinging screen bearing are as follows:

1.improper selection of lubricant,insufficient lubrication and heat dissiption ,and pollution of bearing working space will also lead to bearing overheating 

2.The  bearing temperature is too fast ,leading to the bearing parts of the thermal expansion is too large  leading to the bearing working clearance is small and cause serious friction .

3.Bearing oil ,too much or too little oil ,and bearing oil pollution may also be hot or even serious cases will damage the bearing 

Therefor we should take  reasonable measures to solve :

1.Select the right bearing (Because the bearing needs to bear the high-frequency vibration load of the vibrator ,and the load is always changing .If the special bearing is not selected ,the radial clearance of the bearing will be too small)

2.Select the appropriate grease (The grease will burn the strong high -frequency transient impact force in the lubrication process,thus reducing the bearing temperature).
