⒈The motor should be fastened on the installation surface, and the installation surface must be smooth and flat.

 

⒉The motor can be installed horizontally.

 

⒊The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting the power supply, the lead wire cable has a short circuit and has a sharp fold, and it is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.

 

⒋ The motor should have reliable grounding, there is a grounding device inside the motor, the lead end has a mark, and the ground is also grounded with a firm bolt.

 

⒌Adjustment of excitation force.

 

 

This machine should be equipped with electrical protection device.

 

During the initial operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

 

When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, adjust the phase sequence of the power supply.

 

The motor should be used to ensure good lubrication. Replenish the lithium-based grease (ZL-3) every two weeks or so. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor does not have an oil cup installed.

 

After the machine has been running for 1500 hours in total, the bearings should be inspected and replaced if there is serious damage.

 

When the machine is parked for a shorter time and then used again, the insulation resistance should be measured. It should be greater than 0.5 megohm for 500 volt megohm meter measurement.
