1.Check whether the motor nameplate is in accoradance with the requirements
2.Measure the insulation resistance with a 500-volt megohmmeter. Its value should be dried for the stator winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃
3.Check the fasteners of the motor, beware of loosening
4.Check the motor surface for damage and deformation
5.Check if the rotation is sensitive, if there is any abnormality, it should be removed.
6. Check the power supply, whether there is a phase loss, and run it without load for 5 minutes.
