Why are materials accumulated on the vibrating screen
1.The first consideration is the selection of the mesh size of the vibrating screen. Too small meshes will result in a low material penetration rate. The material that should have passed through the screen stays on the screen surface and causes congestion.
2. The screen is level with the discharge port. Normally, the plane of the screen should be level with the discharge port or about 5mm higher. The discharge port higher than the screen is most likely to cause poor discharge.
3. Check whether the ground on which the vibrating screen is placed is flat, to avoid high material openings, which will affect the trajectory of the material and cause the material to lean to one side.
4. The screen of the vibrating screen is loose and not flat, and the screen is loose and has no tight tension, which causes the material to gather on the screen and cause the material to congestion and not move forward.
