Linear vibrating screen is prone to problems in use
Check whether the vibration motor bearings are loose;
Check whether the insulation resistance of the vibration motor is normal;
Check the vibration motor casing and end cover for cracks and other damage;
Check whether the vibrating motor rotor rotates flexibly and smoothly, and whether the axial direction is swimming;
Turn on the power and use the methods of touching, hearing, nose and eyes to check whether the vibration motor is normal. Once an abnormality is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately to prevent the fault from expanding.
