The dewatering screen is always vibrating during operation. In early summer, the use of the dewatering screen will be loose. Once the frame grid bolts are loosened, material leakage will occur. Tighten the relevant bolts at regular intervals to avoid loosening of the bolts.

 

3. When the screening screen of the dewatering screen is broken, and the screen frame is broken, perform corresponding analysis.

 

Material will leak from the gap, and mixing problems will occur. Damage to the screen frame is usually caused by quality and operational issues. When the user automatically adjusts the vibration, the output of the screen will cause the screen frame to work under strong load. A long time will cause the screen frame to be damaged.
