1. Vibration motor steering problem
When using a linear screen, two horizontal vibration motors are used as vibrating screens. The rotation of the motors is divided into forward and reverse rotations. Normally, the rotation of the two motors is in opposite directions, but if the user is connected to the power The wrong pole connection will cause the motor to rotate in the same direction, which will cause the screen surface material to not move.
Solution: Check the connection line of the vibration motor to see if the positive and negative connections are correct. Or when the connecting line is correctly connected, adjust the size or included angle of the eccentric block.
2. Motor installation position problem
There are three installation positions for the linear screen vibration motor: bottom, two sides, and top. If the vibration motor is installed near the feed inlet, the screen surface material will run-after a certain distance, the speed will decrease and stay on the screen surface;
Solution: The different installation positions are caused by the different usage scenarios of the linear vibrating screen. The specific installation positions require technical personnel in the industry to guide the installation.
3. The discharge port is higher than the height of the screen surface
The discharge port higher than the screen surface will cause the material to be unable to be discharged from the discharge port in time, which will cause the material in the screen machine to stagnate on the screen surface without discharging, which causes the problem of slow material removal in the linear vibrating screen.
Solution: Adjust the height of the discharge port and the screen surface to ensure that the material can be discharged from the discharge port smoothly
