 2. Production problems of vibrating screen frame

 

In the production process, if the screen frame is welded or polished, there will be burrs. In addition to the sealing effect, the seal also has the function of damping and buffering the upper and lower screen frames. For example, when the screen frame is uneven or incompletely ground, unevenness or burrs may occur, thereby continuously rubbing the screen frame during operation. The seal will break. When the user encounters such a problem, you can check whether the edge of the screen frame is flat or burr, and whether it can be polished and corrected;

 

    

 

3. Seal size problem

 

     Different types of vibrating screens use different seals. If the size of the seal and the screen frame are different, the fatigue of the seal will increase and break.
